Aquabus provides a waterbus service between Mermaid Quay and Cardiff Castle in the city centre via Penarth. With state-of-the-art technology and GPRS tracking, the 24-seat Hyrdo 1 is a fun, fast, reliable alternative way to travel around Cardiff.

The Aquabus runs from the Castle grounds to Mermaid Quay every hour on the hour, 11.00am to 5.00pm and from Mermaid Quay to the city at half past the hour, 10.30am to 4.30pm.

The bus has full wheelchair access, as well as level access for infirm or elderly passengers, with no steps to negotiate.
