Amazon Lockers can be found on the lower level of the Atrium. When ordering on the Amazon website, look out for the option to select delivery to our Amazon Locker (Elin- Cardiff Bay) at the checkout. You will then be able to pick up your parcel when visiting Mermaid Quay.

If you have misplaced or lost anything whilst visiting Mermaid Quay, please contact Mermaid Quay Centre Management on – 02920 480 077
Toilets
Toilets are located on the first floor, opposite the Centre Management Suite / near The Glee Comedy Club and can be accessed by lift or stairs. The toilets are open from 7:00am – 10:00pm.
WiFi
Staying connected when you are out and about is important, so Mermaid Quay offers our customers free WiFi during your visit. Connect to the Mermaid Quay network to get started.
